In many ways this has been a blessing as it has allowed friends and families to stay connected during lockdowns, and has allowed education to continue for those who would otherwise have missed out. It has also shone a light on many of the issues that continuous exposure to the online world may bring. Given this, it is more important than ever to think about how we might achieve a high degree Digital Wellbeing as tech becomes ever-more present in our lives.
