"Now the loss of you is a living thing and I don't want to be alone with it"

I was inspired by the above... quote? Poem? Exhale? I don't quite know, but someone close to me came up with it (and let me have it) and I found myself irresistibly moved to draw something to capture what I felt when I read it.
